LUMAVÉA only accepts returns for items purchased directly through our store. If you purchased a LUMAVÉA product from an authorized retailer or third party, please contact them directly for assistance with returns or exchanges.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your return must meet the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Change of Mind
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to change of mind.
- Refunds for change-of-mind returns will only be approved if the product is:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
- Photos must be provided as proof of the item’s condition before the return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a refund or replacement.
- Please include clear photos showing the damage or error when submitting your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been partially used or opened
- Products reported as lost or stolen during shipment

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order. Once your return is approved and processed, you may complete your new purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
